Imagine That Mobile Business Builders

This document highlights the contractual agreement between the client ( ) and Imagine That Mobile Business Builders LLC on the vehicle listed above. Imagine That Mobile Business Builders LLC has been hired for interior conversion, configuration, cosmetic trim and or upgrade to the aforementioned vehicle. All work included in conversion sell is listed below in the conversion description. Mechanical and electrical work will not be done on the aforementioned vehicle with the explicit exception of items outlined below in the conversion description.

Maintenance

Imagine That Mobile Business Builders LLC specializes in entertainment and marketing vehicles, interior renovation and cosmetic specialty work and is not a licensed repair facility or auto dealer. All work completed is specific to interior cosmetic conversion and there is no configurations to original chassis, drive train, body, electrical or exterior included unless listed below in the conversion description. Imagine That Mobile Business Builders LLC is not responsible for repair of any previous, current or future mechanical or electrical failures and or issues on original frame, chassis, vehicle manufactured electrical system, harnesses, and or wiring unless stated in conversion description below.

Completion Date

Conversion estimated completion date is an approximate time frame and should be used as a benchmark . Imagine That Mobile Business Builders LLC will do his best to provide the vehicle by the estimated completion date, butImagine That Mobile Business Builders LLC reserves the right to provide vehicle 3 business days before or after estimate without penalty.

Default of Payment

This contractual agreement is a legal document stating conversion work completed by Imagine That Mobile Business Builders LLC as commissioned by the client. The client agrees to pay for all work done in conversion description at a total price of $__32000_____pluxs tax $1920__ total $33920_.

A deposit of $_15000_______ is due at the start of the build.

Failure to remit final payment will result in legal action on behalf of Imagine That Mobile Business Builders LLC as governed by the State of Michigan legal system. Transaction will be completed in the State of Michigan. All contractual disputes related to conversion of this vehicle will be heard exclusively in state of Michigan.

Storage

Once the vehicle is completed and ready to pick up, client has 5 business days from completion date to remove vehicle from the property or the client will be subject to storage fees of $75 per day. This contract grants temporary possession of vehicle to Imagine That Mobile Business Builders LLC on start date of conversion and releases vehicle back to owner on completion date listed above.
